Assisting a new build biomass power plan JB Rawcliffe & Sons Ltd where contracted to offload and place a 65,000kg steam turbine, 29,000kg oil frame and a 52,500kg generator. All three pieces where delivered into our warehouse for storage before being delivered to site and installed through openings in the building roof using a 500,00okg capacity mobile crane, once on the plinth the pieces had to be jacked and skidded into their respective operating positions
